This division of New City has generated a number of large contracts with regard to Commercial Cleaning. After the completion of the new Inland Revenue building in Coventry, New City successfully cleaned 10,000sqm of office space. New City continues to complete similar projects across the UK in both new and refurbished buildings for clients including: Birmingham Chamber of Commerce and Industry and One2One Cyber Cafe's & Private Office Blocks.

We look after your needs internally and externally, offering gardening services, janitorial supplies, electrical PAT testing and lighting maintenance alongside our regular cleaning services offering the complete facilities management package.
All of our Cleaning Technicians have a cleaning schedule that they have to follow and there is a Team Supervisor for your designated area who will liaise with your on Site Sales Executive.

Whether your needs are post-client or pre-client, our dedicated Carpet Care team has the Carpet Cleaning experience and tools to get the job done right, and to the highest possible standard. Our staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and professional, and will work on a personal level in order to fulfil any Carpet Cleaning requirements. We guarantee all aspects of our cleaning work (inc. upholstery), but if you have any problem with the work, we will return to re-clean the area for you free of charge.
Retail Cleaning
Whatever your requirements are we can cater for individual retailers, national chains, supermarkets, department stores, banks, shopping centres etc. We are aware it is vital that your customers keep coming back time and time again, which is why we offer a clean, safe and comfortable working environment for you.
Builders Cleans
New City have 12 years of experience in this sector and have glowing testimonials from some of the countries leading house builders and construction companies to prove it. Health and Safety is paramount and our policy is that all staff involved in construction cleaning are CSCS qualified and site specific Risk Assessments and Method Statements will be provided prior to starting a job.
Fire & Flood Damage
Once contacted by the relevant insurance company or their loss adjusters New City will search our database to find the local division. A technician will then be appointed to carry out the restoration at a time and date to suit the client.
Water Damage
We have a variety of dehumidifiers in stock which can be used for domestic and office use or for more unusual circumstances such as for cellars and industrial use. Once the area is nearly dry our own branded machines then clean and extract 99% of the water it gives out meaning quick drying times for clients.
