Mo is also able to supply plenty of high quality local leads that have been contacted personally by Mo, have shown interest in New City Cleaning services and require following up. These leads represent enormous potential for client acquisition, and Mo is willing to provide the new owner with any support necessary to make this happen.

Budget

Mo will accept offers around £25,000 for the Swansea & South-West Wales franchise. This includes equipment, including a carpet and floor cleaning machine, a floor scrubbing machine, six commercial vacuum cleaners plus numerous other items of cleaning equipment.

Additional Sale Items

Also available (but not included in the deal above) is a 2010-registered Citroen Berlingo van, liveried as New City Cleaning, completely fitted out inside with boards and lining, and in excellent condition. With a mileage of only 6,800, Mo is asking for £6,000 for the van.
